Forwarding your email to another email address:

This facility allows you to forward a copy of all your incoming email to a third party

Why would I use this facility?


You will typically use this facility to send all your incoming mail to another email user while you are away. A very handy tool when you are out of reach for extended periods of time.

How does it work?

When email forwarding is activated on a specific email account it will forward a copy of all incoming messaged to a pre-defined second email address. The mail forwarding facility will remain active until it is deleted. You can use this in conjunction with the auto responder facility when unable to reply to incoming messages.


Setup an autoresponder message telling your clients that you are away and who will be managing your email while you are unavailable. Setup a mail forwarder to send all incoming mail to the third party who will be dealing with your communication while away. Step 1

Go to any pc that has an active internet connection.

Step 2

Open any web browser, i.e. Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.

Step 3

Type into the address bar and press enter


Step 4

The following popup will appear. Type your email address at the "User name" field and type your email address Password into the "Password" field. Then press enter to enter into the Webmail interface.

You can find this information on your activation certificate


Step 5

In the top right of the screen, click your mail address to reveal a menu. 

Click on the "Forwarders" option to enter the setup area.


Step 6

The following Screen will appear. Click on the "Add Forwarder" Button as indicated below.  If you have current Mail Forwarders active, they will be listed in the indicated area. You can delete them by clicking on the relevant link.

Step 7

The following Screen will appear. Add the email address you would like to forward your email to in the area provided.

Please note: All email will still be sent to your email address.  This option will forward a copy of all your email to the third party’s email address. Any action performed by the third party will not have any effect on the messages sent to your own email address.

Remember that all "Forwarding Options" will remain active until you return to this area to delete them.

Step 8

The following message will appear to inform you that you have successfully added your "Forwarding Options"

Done: You have now successfully setup a mail forwarder on your email account. You can test it by asking someone to mail you at your email address. Have a look at the forwarding account to see if that account also has a copy of the email message.
